How we work?

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

In the pre-construction phase, we work with you to develop an operational agreement to provide a clear understanding of all the activities involved in the project. Together with you, we determine your requirements for the project and develop the plans accordingly. We also compile budgets at this early phase to insure that the project stays within its overall target budget.All this adds up to less headaches for you and more control over your project.
CONSTRUCTION

Once work is ready to start we will keep you updated with regular progress reviews. Should you require any amendments or addtional work carried out we will compose an additional quotation to keep costs clear and upfront. When we are finsihed we will walk through the job with you and make sure your completely satisfied with the work that’s been carried out.
COMPLETION

The job is complete only when you give your final approval.

Upon completion, we ask for a final rating of our performance, which can be submitted on our website, under the Reviews page located at the top menu of this page.

Installed crown moulding in 4 bedrooms and a hallway.

All the work was performed in one day. I am very happy with the installation as all of the cuts are tight with minimal to no gaps at all. The moulding is straight and firmly secured. It's a professional job, and there is a big difference between his work and if I had done it myself. Flavio is very easy to work with. He was available on text for quick communications during the week prior and he does exactly what he says he is going to do. I will definitely hire him again to hang more moulding and possibly to build some cabinets and built ins.
